When the police in a German city are unable to catch a child-murderer, other criminals join in the manhunt.

Storyline
Someone is murdering children in Berlin. The Police search is so intense, it is disturbing the 'normal' criminals, and the local hoods decide to help find the murderer as quickly as possible.
